Our Start
Eminence property services foundations reach back to 1990. Starting out with student and conventional apartments, new unit lease-up quickly followed. Hard work and a commitment to exemplary management and maintenance service lead to many years of successful high-occupancy. Later on, experience working with JP Morgan in origination provided the experience to service the investment borrowers' needs.
